Zebra Pattern Drip Cake

Ingredients:
-
(3) 6" vanilla zebra cakes (watch video for instructions) - Click here for vanilla cake recipe
-
Chocolate Ganache (just add black food coloring) - Click here for recipe
-
3/4 cup chocolate chips
-
Black food coloring
-
Vanilla American Buttercream - Click here for recipe

Black sprinkles
Directions:
-
Step 1: Level cake layers with a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

Step 2: Place frosting at center of cake board

Step 3: Place down 1st layer of cake

Step 4: Place 2 scoops of frosting on top of cake and smooth

Step 5: Put down 2nd layer of cake

Step 6: Place 2 scoops of frosting on to of 2nd layer and smooth

Step 7: Put 3rd cake layer upside down

Step 8: Crumb coat entire cake with frosting

Step 9: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

Step 10: Remove from fridge and cover with a 2nd coat of frosting

Step 11: Cover bottom of cake with black sprinkles

Step 12: Place in fridge again for 20 minutes

Step 13: Drip chocolate ganache around sides of cake

Step 14: Pour sprinkles around top of cake
