White Drip Cake


Ingredients:
-
(3) 6 inch vanilla cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE (just add crushed Oreos to mix!)

Vanilla American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

White chocolate ganache - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE
-
10 Oreos (crush in a bag - these are to sprinkle in between layers)

Colorful sprinkles
Cake Assembly Directions:
-
Step 1: Level off tops of cakes using "cake leveler" or serrated knife

Step 2: Spread buttercream on center of cake board

Step 3: Place 1st layer of cake on board

Step 4: Cover top of layer with buttercream

Step 5: Sprinkle crushed Oreo mix on top of frosting

Step 6: Place down 2nd and 3rd layer repeating the same cake/frosting/Oreo sprinkle process

Step 7: For the 4th layer, place upside down

Step 8: Pile frosting on top of cake and cover completely with a crumb coat

Step 9: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

Step 10: Remove from fridge and add 2nd coat of frosting

Step 11: Cover bottom of cake with sprinkles

Step 12: Place in fridge for another 20 minutes

Step 13: Remove from fridge and with a squeeze bottle pour ganache drips down sides of cake

Step 14: Spread ganache on top of cake

Step 15: Decorate top of cake with dollops using a Wilton 1M tip

Step 16: Loosely cover top with more sprinkles
