White Chocolate Ganache


  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup white chocolate candy melts 


  • Step 1: Add candy melts to a medium bowl

  • Step 2: Heat heavy cream in a sauce pan until bubbles form (happens quickly!)

  • Step 3: Take heavy cream off heat and pour over candy melts

  • Step 4: Mix thoroughly until fully melted

** If using as a drip, pour into squeeze bottle
