Snicker's Cake
Ingredients:
-
(4) 8 inch chocolate cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Double batch Vanilla American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

(5) full-size Snicker's bars
-
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
-
14 oz soft caramels
-
(1) 5oz can of evaporated milk
-
Chocolate ganache - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE
Caramel Sauce Directions:

Step 1: Pour caramels into a medium sauce pan with evaporated milk

Step 2: Stir until combined
-
Step 3: When it starts boiling, remove from heat & let sit until cool
Chocolate & Caramel Buttercream:

Step 1: Add 1/4 of buttercream into 2 different bowls

Step 2: Add caramel to 1 bowl, chocolate to another
-
Step 3: Mix thoroughly
Cake Assembly Directions:

Step 1: Level each cake with a cake leveler or serrated knife

Step 2: Chop up peanuts and Snickers bars
-
Step 3: Secure down 1st cake layer with vanilla frosting
-
Step 4: Scoop on vanilla frosting to cover top of 1st layer

Step 5: Place chopped peanuts and snickers on top of the layer

Step 6: Put on layer 2 and repeat the same process using caramel buttercream and Snickers/chopped peanuts

Step 7: For the 3rd layer use chocolate frosting and repeat filling process

Step 8: Place on 4th layer upside down

Step 9: Cover entire cake with vanilla buttercream as a crumb coat

Step 10: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

Step 11: Remove from fridge and do a 2nd coat of buttercream

Step 12: Put in fridge for another 20 minutes

Step 13: Using a squeeze bottle, drip chocolate ganache 1 inch apart around the cake
-
Step 14: Using a squeeze bottle, drip caramel in between the chocolate ganache
-
Step 15: Using a piping bag filled with vanilla buttercream, make dollops around the top
-
Step 16: In between each dollop place cut up Snicker's
-
Step 17: Spread crushed Snickers around the top
