Sheep Cake

Ingredients
-
(3) 6" vanilla cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Vanilla American buttercream - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Shredded toasted coconut
-
Black fondant
-
White fondant
-
2 piping tips (your choice, all tips will create a fun look!)
Cake Assembly Directions

Step 1: Use cake leveler or serrated knife to cut off top and make flat

Step 2: Spread small amount of buttercream at center of cake board

Step 3: Place down 1st cake layer

Step 4: Put 2 scoops of frosting on top and smooth out

Step 5: Sprinkle toasted coconut on top

Step 6: Place down 2nd cake layer

Step 7: Repeat steps 4 & 5

Step 8: Continue the same process for 3rd layer

Step 9: Cover entire cake with thin layer of buttercream

Step 10: Place cake in fridge for 20 minutes
-
Step 11: While cake is in fridge, roll out black and white fondant to shape head, legs and tail details
-
Step 12: Changing off with 2 different piping tips, cover entire cake with frosting
-
Step 13: Place fondant details on cake (it's easiest to place the legs on by putting a toothpick in them first)
