S'mores Drip Cake

Ingredients:

Cake Assembly Directions:

  • Step 1: Level all cakes with a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

  • Step 2: Spread frosting at center of cake board

  • Step 3: Place down 1st cake layer

  • Step 4: Cover layer with frosting

  • Step 5: Sprinkle mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top

  • Step 6: Place down 2nd cake layer

  • Step 7: Repeat frosting/mini marshmallow/crushed graham cracker process

  • Step 8: Place down 3rd cake layer upside down

  • Step 9: Crumb coat entire cake

  • Step 10: Place cake in fridge for 20 minutes

  • Step 11: Remove from fridge and add on 2nd layer of frosting

  • Step 12: Take crushed graham crackers and cover bottom of cake

  • Step 13: Place cake back in fridge for 20 minutes

  • Step 14: Make ganache

  • Step 15: Make s'mores for top (graham crackers on the outside, filled with large toasted marshmallows and Hershey's chocolate).. you can toast marshmallows in over or use torch

  • Step 16: Remove cake from fridge and add chocolate drips all around the top

  • Step 17: Place s'mores on top of cake
