Pig Cake

Ingredients:

Cake Assembly Directions:
  • Step 1: Level cakes with a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

  • Step 2: Spread frosting on center of cake board

  • Step 3: Place 1st layer on top of cake board

  • Step 4: Make a ring of pink frosting around edges of layer #1

  • Step 5: Fill center with raspberry filling

  • Step 6: Place down 2nd cake layer

  • Step 7: Repeat ring of frosting/raspberry filling step

  • Step 8: Place 3rd cake layer upside down

  • Step 9: Cover entire cake with frosting

  • Step 10: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

  • Step 11: Remove from fridge and cover with a 2nd coat of frosting

  • Step 12: Roll out pink fondant and cut out nose and ears

  • Step 13: Roll out black and white fondant and cut out eyes
