Pig Cake
Ingredients:

(3) 6 inch vanilla cakes (dyed hot pink) - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Double batch vanilla American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Raspberry filling - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Pink, white, and black fondant
-
Pink food coloring
-
Toothpicks
Cake Assembly Directions:

Step 1: Level cakes with a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

Step 2: Spread frosting on center of cake board

Step 3: Place 1st layer on top of cake board

Step 4: Make a ring of pink frosting around edges of layer #1

Step 5: Fill center with raspberry filling

Step 6: Place down 2nd cake layer

Step 7: Repeat ring of frosting/raspberry filling step

Step 8: Place 3rd cake layer upside down

Step 9: Cover entire cake with frosting
-
Step 10: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

Step 11: Remove from fridge and cover with a 2nd coat of frosting

Step 12: Roll out pink fondant and cut out nose and ears

Step 13: Roll out black and white fondant and cut out eyes
