Peanut Butter & Jelly Cake

Ingredients:

(4) 8 inch vanilla cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Raspberry American buttercream frosting (blend raspberry jam with vanilla buttercream)

Peanut Butter American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Vanilla American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

French macarons
Cake Assembly Directions:

Step 1: Level cakes using "cake leveler" or serrated knife

Step 2: Spread peanut butter frosting on center of cake board

Step 3: Place down 1st layer of cake on board

Step 4: Pipe concentric circles of peanut butter and raspberry frosting

Step 5: Repeat process for 2nd and 3rd layer

Step 6: Place 4th layer upside down

Step 7: Pile vanilla frosting on top of cake and completely cover with a crumb coat

Step 8: Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill

Step 9: Remove from fridge and pipe short stripes of raspberry frosting and then peanut butter frosting all over cake

Step 10: After it's completely covered, smooth out with a cake scraper

Step 11: Fill half of piping bag (fitted with an open star tip) with peanut butter, 1/2 with raspberry, and pipe dollops on top of cake

Step 12: Decorate top with french macaron design
