Oreo Naked Cake

Ingredients:

  • (4) 8 inch chocolate cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

  • Vanilla American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

  • Chocolate American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

  • Oreo American buttercream frosting (just add Oreos to vanilla American buttercream recipe)

  • Oreo minis

  • Cookies and cream chocolate bar

  • Full size Oreo cookies

Cake Assembly Directions:

Step 1: Level cakes with a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

Step 2: With a Wilton 1M piping tip, fill 3 bags of buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, Oreo)

Step 3: Spread vanilla buttercream on center of cake board

Step 4: Place down 1st layer of cake

Step 5: Pipe dollops of vanilla buttercream on top

Step 6: Place down 2nd layer, pipe dollops of Oreo buttercream on top

Step 7: Place down 3rd layer, pipe dollops of chocolate buttercream on top

Step 8: Place 4th layer upside down

Step 9: Pipe dollops of vanilla buttercream

Step 10: Sprinkle top with crushed Oreos

Step 11: For decoration, place mini Oreos on top with cookies and cream chocolate bar pieces
