Numbers Cake

Ingredients:
-
Double Batch of chocolate cake batter separated into 1 half sheet pan and 1 quarter sheet pan - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Vanilla American buttercream frosting - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Meringue cookies
-
Pink/Blue sprinkles
-
Number templates (print online)
Cake Assembly Directions:
-
Step 1: Level cakes using a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

Step 2: Place stencil on top of cake and use a knife to cut around it (must have (2) 1's and (2) 7's

Step 3: Remove excess cake from around numbers

Step 4: Move cakes onto final serving platter
-
Step 5: Pipe dollops of buttercream covering cake with 1M tip

Step 6: Place on top layer of cake

Step 7: Pipe more dollops all around 2nd layer

Step 8: Decorate with meringues and sprinkles
