Mini Cupcake Cake

Ingredients:

Cake Assembly Directions:

  • Step 1: Level all cakes with a 'cake leveler' or serrated knife

  • Step 2: Spread frosting at center of cake board

  • Step 3: Place down 1st cake layer

  • Step 4: Pipe design on top with cream/white, pink, and brown

  • Step 5: Place down 2nd cake layer

  • Step 5: Pipe same design on top

  • Step 6: Place 3rd cake layer on upside down

  • Step 7: Cover entire cake with frosting

  • Step 8: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

  • Step 9: Remove from fridge and cover again with frosting

  • Step 10: Cut mini peanut butter cups in half and place them all around sides of cake

  • Step 11: Pipe cupcake design on top of peanut butter cups and place large sprinkle on top

  • Step 12: Pipe dollups on top of cake

  • Step 13: Add peanut butter cups on top of dollups and pipe frosting design with large sprinkle on top
