Melted Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:
-
4 funfetti cake layers - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE (just add sprinkles to batter!)

Vanilla American buttercream frosting (1/3 dyed blue, 1/3 dyed pink, 1/3 keep as white) - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

White chocolate ganache - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE (just add pink food coloring)!

Ice cream cone
-
Lollipop stick
-
Sprinkles
Cone Assembly Directions:

Step 1: In medium bowl, break up excess cake top into small crumbs

Step 2: Add frosting to cake and form into dough texture

Step 3: Form into ball and set aside

Step 4: Fill up ice cream cone with frosting/cake mixture

Step 5: Put lollipop stick in center and place ball of dough on top
Cake Assembly Directions:

Step 1: Level cakes with "cake leveler" or serrated knife (save cake top!)

Step 2: Spread frosting on center of cake board

Step 3: Place down 1st cake layer

Step 4: Cover top with of cake with white buttercream

Step 5: Repeat with 2nd and 3rd layer

Step 6: For the 4th layer, place upside down

Step 7: Pile white frosting on top and cover entire cake with a crumb coat

Step 8: Place in fridge for 20 minutes

Step 9: Remove from fridge and cover with 2nd coat of white frosting

Step 10: Place sprinkles around bottom of cake

Step 11: Place in fridge for another 20 minutes

Step 12: Remove from fridge and with a squeeze bottle pour ganache drips around sides of cake

Step 13: Add ganache to top of cake and smooth

Step 14: Pour ganache all over top of ice cream cone and place cone at center of cake

Step 15: Place sprinkles on top of cake covering ice cream cone
