Hershey's Kiss Cake


Ingredients:

(3) 6 inch chocolate cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Double batch vanilla American buttercream (CLICK HERE) or Swiss Meringue butercream (CLICK HERE)

Chocolate ganache - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Hershey's Kisses

Nutella
Cake Assembly Directions:

Step 1: Level each cake with a cake leveler or serrated knife

Step 2: Secure down 1st layer with vanilla frosting

Step 3: Cover layer with frosting
-
Step 4: Drizzle melted Nutella on top (you can never have too much!)

Step 5: Place 2nd cake layer on top

Step 6: Cover layer with frosting

Step 7: Drizzle Nutella

Step 8: Place 3rd cake layer upside down and on top

Step 9: Cover entire cake with frosting

Step 10: Put cake in fridge for 20 minutes
-
Step 11: Remove from fridge and add 1 more layer of frosting

Step 12: Make ganache (see recipe above)

Step 13: Using a squeeze bottle (make sure ganache is cool) drip ganache around sides of cake

Step 14: Cover top of cake with ganache and smooth out

Step 15: Add frosting dollups around top of cake

Step 16: Place Hershey's kisses on top of dollups
