Cake Assembly Directions:

• Step 1: Level off top of cake while still in bowl with a "cake leveler" or serrated knife

• Step 2: Remove cake from bowl and carve into a brain shape (oval)

• Step 3: Carve out "brain hemispheres" on top

• Step 4: Cover entire cake with a crumb coat with buttercream

• Step 5: Place rolled out fondant snakes all over cake

• Step 6: Melt seedless raspberry jam in microwave

• Step 7: Paint jam all over brain cake

• Step 8: Place knife into top of cake
