Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature

  • (2) 8oz blocks of cream cheese at room temperature

  • 8 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

** MAKES ENOUGH TO COVER A 2 LAYER 6" CAKE

Directions:

  • Step 1: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until blended

  • Step 2: Add powdered sugar in 1 cup at a time, mix until combined
