Cinnamon Roll Cake

Ingredients:
-
(3) 6" Vanilla cakes (add cinnamon to recipe) - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Container of unbaked cinnamon rolls

Vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream (add cinnamon to recipe), dye 1 color into 3 shades of beige - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE
Cake Assembly Directions

Step 1: Bake cinnamon rolls as per container instructions
-
Step 2: Level each cake with a cake leveler or serrated knife

Step 3: Secure down 1st layer with vanilla frosting

Step 3: Cover layer with frosting

Step 4: Place down 2nd cake layer

Step 5: Cover layer with frosting

Step 6: Place down 3rd cake layer upside down

Step 7: Cover entire cake with frosting

Step 8: Place cake in fridge for 20 minutes
-
Step 9: Remove from fridge and pipe darkest shade around the bottom, medium shade around the middle, and lightest shade around the top and covering the entire top of cake as well

Step 10: With a bench scraper smooth out sides of cakes, repeat until it's extremely smooth

Step 11: With a cake comb, go around entire cake until you have desired effect

Step 12: Pipe dollups on top

Place cinnamon rolls on top
