Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 1-1/2 cup chocolate chips

 Directions:

  • Step 1: Add chocolate chips to medium bowl

  • Step 2: Heat heavy cream in sauce pan until bubbles form (happens quickly!)

  • Step 3: Take heavy cream off the heat and pour over chocolate chips

  • Step 4: Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes

  • Step 5: Peel of plastic wrap and stir with whisk until mixture is smooth

** Pour into squeeze bottle if using as a drip, otherwise put in a container and store in fridge
