Chocolate Caramel Pretzel
Drip Cake

Ingredients:
-
(3) 6 inch chocolate cakes - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Double batch vanilla America buttercream (add caramel sauce to mixture - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Chocolate ganache - CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE

Caramel Sauce (store bought or homemade)

Mini Pretzels
Cake Assembly Directions
-
Step 1: Level each cake with a cake leveler or serrated knife

Step 2: Put a dab of frosting on board

Step 3: Place down 1st cake layer

Step 4: Cover layer with frosting

Step 5: Drizzle caramel on top

Step 6: Place down 2nd cake layer

Step 7: Cover layer with frosting

Step 8: Drizzle caramel on top

Step 9: Place on 3rd layer upside down

Step 10: Cover entire cake with frosting

Step 11: Move cake into the fridge for 20 minutes

Step12: Remove from fridge and add a 2nd layer of frosting

Step 13: Crush pretzels and cover the bottom of cake

Step 14: Drizzle chocolate ganache around the top

Step 15: Add dollups around top of cake

Step 16: Place mini pretzels on top of dollups
